Midnight Bliss Blair Dame

Unfinished Midnight Bliss for Blair Dame by XCB, made by Dampir. The issues here is that the palette doesn't work correctly with the Blair Dame (unless it's meant for the 1.0 version).

As always, sprite is open-sourced~ Also, feel free to edit/improve upon it. If you can even make the sprites themselves better for me for the Midnight Bliss & Shock Project, I shall credit you for them.
